TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Rainbow Travel Adventures guarantees a well organized and professional trip. We act as an agent between our customers and tourist service providers and assume no responsibility for any injury, personal damage, death or loss.

Rainbow Travel Adventures cannot be liable for delays in departure or interruption of your vacation caused by weather conditions, technical problems of any airline, strikes, civil disorder, or any causes beyond the control of Rainbow Travel Adventures.

Baggage is carried at owner’s risk. Rainbow Travel Adventures is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your luggage. We strongly recommend baggage insurance.

You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when traveling with Rainbow Travel Adventures. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip.

Rainbow Travel Adventures reserves the right to alter any itinerary in dangerous situations, inappropriate weather or any situation that compromises our customer’s safety.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1- To confirm your trip, we require full payment of the cost of your tour at least 21 days prior to departure.

2- A charge of 25% of your payment will be retained by Rainbow Travel Adventures if you cancel your trip between your confirmation date and 21 days prior to departure.

3- If we receive a cancellation less than 21 days prior to your departure, the 50% cost of your trip will be kept as a cancellation fee

4- Information required for each passenger: full name, nationality, passport number and rooming list.

INSURANCE :
Rainbow Travel Adventures recommends to its customers that they check their current travel and personal insurance coverage.
